By using CEREBOTO, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, as well as our
Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services immediately.

2. Eligibility

If you represent a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on its behalf.

3. Platform Description

CEREBOTO is a global open-source hardware innovation platform that allows developers to share, sell, and collaborate on technology projects.
We provide a marketplace where users can purchase products from various developers or partners.
Each developer is responsible for the quality, description, and performance of their listed products.

4. Account Registration

  • You may need to create an account to access certain features of CEREBOTO.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account.
  • CEREBOTO reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of our policies.

5. Product Listings and Transactions

  • Products sold on CEREBOTO may be offered by independent developers or third-party partners.
  • All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the product page and may not include applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.
  • Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways.
  • By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship hardware products to selected regions. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, total order weight, and the available shipping methods for your region.
The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs-related charges that may apply in the destination country.

For the North America – OpenArm zone (Canada & United States), the current standard shipping rates are weight-based as follows:

  • 1 – 99 lbs: USD 390 per shipment
  • 100 – 199 lbs: USD 780 per shipment
  • 200 – 299 lbs: USD 1,170 per shipment
  • 300 – 395 lbs: USD 1,560 per shipment

For the Asia – OpenArm zone (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Macao SAR China, Hong Kong SAR China, Malaysia), the current standard shipping rates are:

  • 1 – 60 lbs: USD 80 per shipment
  • 61 – 99 lbs: USD 130 per shipment
  • 100 – 199 lbs: USD 260 per shipment
  • 200 – 299 lbs: USD 390 per shipment
  • 300 – 399 lbs: USD 520 per shipment

For the Europe – OpenArm zone (European countries), the current standard shipping rates are:

  • 1 – 99 lbs: USD 350 per shipment
  • 100 – 199 lbs: USD 700 per shipment
  • 200 – 299 lbs: USD 1,050 per shipment
  • 300 – 399 lbs: USD 1,400 per shipment

For most destinations, our standard transit time is approximately 15–20 business days (Monday–Friday) from the date your order is handed over to the carrier.
Shipping times may still vary depending on the carrier, customs clearance, peak seasons, and your exact delivery address.
Any estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

If your order exceeds the maximum weight of a tier or includes multiple packages, the total shipping fee may be calculated by applying the relevant rule more than once or by splitting the shipment into multiple consignments.
Any additional handling or special freight arrangements will be communicated to you before your order is confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CEREBOTO — including text, images, code, and trademarks — is the property of CEREBOTO or its respective contributors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of your original content but grant CEREBOTO a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the platform.
  • You agree not to post or share content that violates laws, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains harmful or misleading information.

9. Limitation of Liability

CEREBOTO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products purchased through it.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct that harms CEREBOTO or its community.
You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

CEREBOTO may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
