Return Policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct return address.
Notes
- Custom-order or personalized items are not eligible for the 14-day refund policy.
- If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., wrong purchase, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), the customer is not required to pay the return shipping cost.
- No restocking fee will be charged for returning a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. You will also be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
