All OpenArm products — including robotic arms, motors, control boards, grippers, and accessories — are covered by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of shipment.

Not covered by the warranty:

• Damage caused by overload, short circuit, collision, corrosion, or incorrect wiring
• Normal wear and tear or consumable parts (e.g., gears, cables)
• Unauthorized modification, misuse, or accidental damage

Customers are responsible for round-trip international shipping and customs duties.

Cereboto covers the repair or replacement cost for valid warranty claims.

Cereboto offers paid maintenance and spare parts replacement at reasonable prices.
